Neilson G. Raggio, a December 2001 BSEE graduate, from Jackson, MS was awarded a Marcus Elvis Taylor Memorial Medal at the Honors Day Ceremony held on April 4, 2002 in Fulton Chapel. The Taylor Medal is awarded for "Meritorious Scholarship and Department" while a student at Ole Miss.

      Also, Richard D. Barginear, from Grenada, MS, and Jason A. Johnson, from Booneville, MS were selected for membership in the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and were initiated at an Initiation Ceremony in Fulton Chapel on Ole Miss Honor Day, April 4, 2002. Barginear and Johnson will graduate on May 11, 2002.

      The Faculty and Staff of The Electrical Engineering Department offers these honor award recipients a "Hearty Congratulations and WELL DONE."
