Student News and Awards (Fall 2008) 


  • Electrical engineering graduate student Ahmad Radaideh received a Qualstar Hall of Fame award for exceptional contributions while working as an intern in the QCT DSP Core Design department at Qualcomm, Inc.

  • Former electrical engineering graduate student Yang Sun (Ph.D. 2007) received the Dust Networks employee recognition award for 2007 last March. The company selects one employee for this award each year.

  • Electrical engineering graduate student Xuanhui Wu received a dissertation fellowship for the fall semester.
